Our online booking system generates a confirmation number and displays it on your screen immediately. If, after completing a reservation request, you do not see a confirmation number your request has not been processed. However, if a confirmation number was displayed but you have not received a copy of confirmation number printed on screen most likely your email address was not entered accurately.
